01What kind of work does Kuud take on?
Branding, websites, products, design systems, tools, automations, and media. We're generalists, so we build around the problem rather than a single speciality. If it needs making, it's probably in scope.
02How do projects usually start?
A short conversation. Tell us what you're making and where it's stuck, and we'll figure out whether we're the right fit, roughly what it would take, and how we'd approach it. No long forms, no sales funnel.
03Who will I be working with?
The people actually doing the work. Kuud is a small collective, so you talk directly to the makers. No account managers relaying messages between you and the team.
04Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We're based between Bengaluru and Kochi and work wherever the work takes us. Remote collaboration across time zones is normal for us.
05How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope. A focused website might be a few weeks; a product or design system can run longer. We'll give you an honest estimate up front and keep you posted as things move.
06What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped and priced on its own terms; there's no fixed menu. Once we understand the problem, we'll send a written proposal covering scope, timeline, and fees before anything starts.
07Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We can stay on for iteration, maintenance, or ongoing work after launch, set out in the project agreement or as a separate arrangement, whatever suits the work.
