3. Engagements & proposals
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables, which takes precedence over these terms where the two overlap.
4. Intellectual property
The Kuud name, logo, marks, and the content of this site are owned by Kuud. Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers as set out in the relevant project agreement, typically on full payment. Until then, all rights remain with us.
5. Communication
When you reach out through this site or by email, you're responsible for the accuracy of what you send. We'll handle your details as described in our Privacy policy.
6. Disclaimer & liability
This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kuud isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.
