This policy explains what we collect when you use the Kuud website (kuud.in) or get in touch, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it minimal: we only ask for what a conversation actually needs.

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about what you're making. We don't require anything beyond that.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, scope potential work, and stay in touch about a project. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
3. Sharing
We don't share your information with third parties except service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and the form service (Web3Forms) that delivers your enquiry to us, and only as needed to do so, or where the law requires it.
4. Retention
We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5. Cookies & analytics
This site runs lean. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we currently run no analytics. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later to understand traffic in aggregate, we'll update this policy first.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just write to us and we'll sort it out.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the date of the last revision shown above.
